Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and old enough under the laws where you live to agree to these Terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for securing access to your account. You retain ownership of content you create. You give us only the permission needed to host, process, display, export, and delete that content while providing features you request.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, content you do not have permission to use, or material that harms, exploits, harasses, or impersonates another person.

Private journaling and AI

The app is designed for private journaling, not public posting. AI-generated text, images, transcripts, and books can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review outputs before relying on, printing, or sharing them. AI features are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Manage cancellations and refund requests through the store. Premium remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Acceptable use and service changes

You must not attempt to access another user's data, bypass quotas, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service. Features and limits may change to keep the service secure, reliable, and sustainable.

Ending your account

You can permanently delete your Book My Life application data in the app. To also delete the authentication identity held by Clerk, use the complete web deletion request. Export your data first if you want to retain a copy.

Disclaimers and governing law

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available where you live.
